Born in Bogota, Colombia, Myriam came to the U. S. at the age of 22 and studied to become a professional photographer. She accomplished her goal and was successful as a press photographer, freelancing for numerous magazines, civic entities, and publicity companies.

Myriam became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 and quickly gained success with Century 21 where she was awarded "Top Listing Agent" and the "Ruby Award". In 2006, Myriam furthered her career by becoming a licensed broker and opening her own company, "Florida Professional Realty," in 2007. For three years, she was sustained by the support and loyalty of her clients.

Reacting to the ups and downs of the market, she started her studies in Real Estate International Market and returned to her roots by re-affiliating with CENTURY 21 Global Connections Realty in 2023.
